Fee as above is subject to change with member discussion, voting and approval, at any time.

Membership basis: NZD except Paypal may be in USD.

* A forum lifetime is regarded as approximately 2-3 years between versions (3 years maximum even if the forum lifetime remains.) We've being going since 2005 and have had 5 forum lifetimes so far. If you're membership is 'forum lifetime' and we update to a new version in the next year, your 'forum lifetime' will rollover automatically to the new version (up to a maximum of 3 years, whichever comes sooner.)

To set up an AP to our NZ bank account, please register first then we will send you our details via Xero accounting once your registration email is confirmed.

Important note: All our financial activities are audited via Xero Accounting and annual accountants review. We are also GST registered and pay GST on all income. We are registered as a self employment (Select Tech & Trade) as we have been for some 20+ years.

What happens with membership?

Member numbers and interest = drive activities.

Tier 1: Little/no members

Website expenses are managed at this tier predominantly by senior admin who will take this time to develop several different website themes, activities and services; cover renewals (domain, secure services; server licencing) and expenses (connectivity, power, telephone/internet.)

Tier 2: 5+ members

This core group will make decision on what primary service the forum community should first address and support this service. The majority of expenses are still required to be covered by senior admin.

At least one moderator or activity leader would be appointed.

Tier 3: 20+ members

Balance of historical website services (e.g. healing, spirituality, care centre, learning hub) would be agreed to by the members. Moderators and activity leaders appointed.

The following tier's are based on real Life (RL) services and activities (in admin's hands - not for public till discussed at time.)

Tier 4: 100+ members

Tier 5: 250+ members

Tier 6: 1000+ members

Tier 7: 5000+ members

Why membership based? Why not free.

Basic forum registration and participation has always been free.

We've had this discussion many times. Just so there's no misunderstanding:

This is a member based website and forum who work together for common good and support member driven activities. It can not be free if it is to do good and support team workers huge hours that have been evidenced in past. When members have a driving interest, need for group work, we'll be here ready to start the engine!

I only see a few members. Where is everyone?

Most working members are having a well earned break. We have been through purgatory (call that the rise of significant social media taking over the online world.) We have a strong presence there, but the forum is waiting for 'signs.'
