This is a first mind question. Something each of you can choose to ask and answer. With your answer, you will set a path ahead for many visions, focus, consciousness. With all answers, there is no absolute. No right. No wrong. There only is, your answer.

Are there options to whether or not there is death? Not for physical death. It is one experience we know occurs to all both in the micro worlds all the way through the entire universe. We mirror it. It is in the master programming.

If we accept that part of living is dying, we can move on to the question of what then follows. But if you can not accept dying, how can you move on from it?

My Experience of near Death....

When I was in my 20's I had to have surgery on my knee, my first ever experience of a higher consciousness,

There was a darkness and suddenly it was bright, I was on land without fences, with this huge animal, part Elephant, Part Horse, part giraffe, with The stripes of the Zebra, racing towards me, actually it was directly in front of me, and on its back rode my brother. He reached down and took my hand, and pulled me up onto its back, and we rode that animal to another place, I saw my fathers father there, but my brother had other things in store for me, we kept riding, through a darkness, I had a sensation of being weightless, and then there was light and colours, and there were my pets from years gone before me. This is where we walked and talked for a long time, he told me things that I can not repeat in speech as we know it. But a lot has come to fruition... I was then whisked to another place, where I could hear and my name was being called, I could feel myself slipping and sliding and my brother in my ear saying its not your time yet, earthly years and trials must past first.

I can however tell you that for the human race there is another 1700 years to go yet before the earth changes, in ways that we might or might not survive.

I awoke from my surgery, non the wiser to my experience, except to be told by my surgeon that my eyes opened and I was muttering incoherently. Then my heart stopped, they started it again.

Strange but oh so true.

Since then I have had no fear of death or of dying, Dying is just another birth, into another world.
Save the world, its the only planet with CHOCOLATE!!!

When you go through serious illness and find yourself at death's point of no return (or slim chances)...

... and some of you have been there...

Do you think you could do so clairsentiently. Such that you were conscious all the way through. Or, are you more likely to 'shut down' and sleep, naturally. What are the chances. Has anyone thought this through. As in, as spiritual minded people, what should be our thought processes, state of mind.

Interesting we talk of a peaceful transition, or going to the light, or resting in peace. How often do we go through life forgetting what happens on the way over?

This seems to be where my life has gravitated and I Am grateful to find the subject matter here in Spirit Org.
My Life, (after Fathers death) began at his funeral when I was 27yrs...
at 14-15 yrs I predicted my own death in front of the vocational guidance officer and the school principal down at Mangakino High School on the Banks of the Waikato.
I feel pleased that others are into exploring that which Frightens people to speak about, no-one really wanting to die, unless in intense pain and I Am looking forward to exploring this realm as I have decided I must write something down, for my Grandchildren.

I have been here with Spookz before, years ago, looking for a place to write from and found this site a Godsend to do just that.
Today, it appears difficult to manouvre but you will begin to hear from me on this subject, mainly.

Being an explorer in Nature, a 'scientist' before the Science itself took over guessing, I guess planting a meditation here on
yogic-death would be the best thing I could do, as this occured immediately after I taught myself meditation, soon after my Fathers death.

Thank you for having me back.

You are welcome here, Alfio and yes, it's been a long time.

I was present also when my father died, him having just gone to bed. A total heart failure when he had relaxed. It's quite a story the day this occurred. I saw his essence in the corner of the room and spoke to him. I saw, felt, heard his energy without a body or form. This was before I was introduced to the Spiritualist churches and I had only studied a little Buddhism. Strange, I was about the same age.

Fascinating.
Wally went with massive heart attack, huge smoker, (Bears Dark ciggies) hard as nails, always removing the heart from the deer he shot then giving them to Mum to cook-up as soon as he got back to the House. Speaking with Wally behind the Chapel I noticed the burning-bushes signalling by expanding the efflorescence when I spoke positive to he and retracting when I got into the negative, but nil voice. It was like he was close.
Will get back in and write up the meditation on yogic-death that I intuited and used to realise, deathlessness.

The 'vital energy' (etherical,) the core essence of the person along with the'signature' sense of their identity, which I suspect is unique to each individual, is what I also observed. The energy of the person, sometimes (as in these cases) with the remnant of their physical signatures, exists outside the body.

This is similar to when you astral travel, which I frequently did as a young fella harmlessly visiting the nearby harbour, city, hills and power lines. As an adult, I have tried and one time had to sit in meditation pose for a good two hours to have any success at all. Again, no failure there as it just occurred to me... why some monks would sit for days.

We are near the end of the current week’s healing programme. The team realise, with the change of forum member’s area, the healing page will reach some well after the week ends, as they rejoin in a more secure location. It is time to feel fantastic. Be uplifted - revitalised. Time for you to top up your own healing and replenish for the time ahead. In the last few minutes, please, share this healing by thought with all in need, everywhere the need is felt by you at his time.
